The Vapor Store
Rapidly increasing social engagement on Facebook.
The Vapor Store opened its second location in September of 2018. They told us that "family and community" was their number one priority, and to showcase this, they wanted to rapidly increase their online presence on Facebook, which was their main channel of communication. With the opening of the new store, their goal was to increase audience engagement by creating content catered to the vaping community.
Before we partnered with The Vapor Store, every post seemed to be a "sales post", asking people to "come on in and make a purchase". They would either take pictures and videos from the internet and repost them, or just make simple text posts.
Not very engaging content.
Through videos, articles, and other kinds of content, we focused on two areas: creating educational content related to the industry, and entertaining content about the staff and store. We wanted to really show the personalities behind the employees so their audience would build a connection with them.
I've had so many people asking me what the heck has changed with the store recently. 'Social media is on fire!' Seeing all this come alive means more to me than anything, I can't thank these guys enough.
